Have you ever helped your child with a science fair project? One of my friends with kids in 6th, 7th, and 10th grades posted just this morning on facebook about how science fair projects create major tension between parents and the kids doing the project. So, that scares me a bit to know that I have three school/pre-school aged children heading toward the innevitable vortex of science fair projects.

If you're a bit scared of the above scenario unfolding at your house, check out my friends over at Science Fair S.O.S. Here's the gist of what they do:

"Starting around 4th grade, most kids enter the world of Science Fair projects, which can often lead to last minute scrambles and frustrations, and stress. To combat this, ArtSkills has launched Science Fair S.O.S. ™, an on-demand helpline launching today and featuring a wealth of tools, inspiration, and solutions to support families every step of the way as they create next-level poster project displays that will get noticed.

Consumers in need of poster project assistance, inspiration, and guidance can reach out to ArtSkills’ expert team of Poster Pros directly via phone, email, and social media in addition to the informative and access to simple tips, tricks, and guidance available on www.ScienceFairSOS.com website.

The Science Fair S.O.S. ™ program is an amazing asset for parents and kids currently facing the Science Fair challenge. If your kids are gearing up for Science Fair season in school, or if it’s already begun, let ArtSkills help with any and all your Science Fair needs."

They are there to help you and your kids from bushy-tailed beginning, to bitter end.  Isn't that such a cool idea? I'm going to be giving away one science fair kit, FREE, to one winner who enters by Feb. 3rd. If you're like me, the hardest part of putting a good project together, is going out and getting the tools.  If you win, then the tools will be shipped right to your front door!

I know I can't wait to get my science fair kit, from Science Fair S.O.S., for my oldest son.  He is really into presenting what he's learning at school, so I will be handing him these tools as soon as they arrive. He's already told me he is going to do a project on Hellen Keller, since she's what they are studying right now. We've already got some ideas about how he wants to use braille on his poster board. I'll be posting his final product on social media when it's finished.  Head over to my social media accounts and follow me, so you can stay connect with me on a daily basis.

Don't forget to enter the giveway below, and then head over to the Science Fair S.O.S. website to find out what kind of materials you need, and how they can help make your kids' next project a seamless parntership, between you and them.
